Brief Biography: Robert (typically called "Bobby") was born on April 5th 1972, in Tucson Arizona to Christina and Terrance Oberg. He was baptized into the Church at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church(WELS), also in Tucson. Bobby has been raised through the private school system of the Wisconsin Synod. He attended Arizona Lutheran Academy(Phoenix) for high school. And began his college carrer in Arizona. Bobby then found himself in the Midwest continuing his education from Wisconsin then to Minnesota. He eventually worked his way through college with part time jobs and achieved his Bachelors degree in Speech Communication from Minnesota State University. During his college years he has enjoyed working at Camp Phillip(WELS) with many of God's children. He has been a member of Peace Lutheran Church in North Mankato while living in Mankato.
Bobby's wife Kathie is an Occupational therapist and has put up with him for five years. Thier son Alec (16 mos.) loves to play with water so mom and dad get to keep towels handy and chase after him when he sprints toward any type of standing water.
